Design Tech - Rainbow Cake

We have designed a rainbow cake and made four different coloured layers of sponge cake. We are going to pile them up and decorate them....... then EAT it!

A fluffy time in sensory .......

We had a “fluffy” theme for sensory ...... with fluffy animals, feather boas and pictures of fluffy clouds ....... the music was so relaxing I almost thought I was on a cloud and drifted off to sleep for a bit!

Culture Studies

For Culture Studies this week we made poppies for Anzac Day. They are sun catchers so we stuck them to the window.

My Chicken

In Design and Technology this week I wanted to make a chicken out of a plastic bottle. We cut the bottle, glued on the fluffy yellow string, eyes, beak, wings and feet. I called my chicken Chickarena.

Easter Chocolate Fudge

Today I joined the cooking group and we made Easter Chocolate Fudge. It smells delicious .

Easter raffle

I enjoyed the Easter raffle being drawn today. Tony from the type shop came to pick the winner out!

Memorial Park Outing

I enjoyed my outing with my friend Nigel to Memorial Park. We got to splash the water from the water fountain and pat the friendly fluffy dog.
