Hand Therapy

In Girls group we used warm clothes around our hands then rubbed hand cream into them to make them soft. After that we painted our nails, mine look great because I have been growing them.

Working hard in Woodwork

I go to woodwork every Friday and at the moment I am making a picture frame. I have joined the wood together and sanded it. When it is finished I am going to pick a good photo of myself to put in it.

Drama

I have joined drama in my new programme and we are doing a play about "Oliver Twist". I am really enjoying drama and am excited about putting on a show for others to come and watch.

Art Gallery

This week we went to the art gallery to see the Mount exhibition of photos and paintings. It was great!

Garden Art

Today we walked to the Rock Shop and chose pebbles for our upcoming Garden art project!! We had to choose flat stones. I will keep you updated on our progress.

Food bank

Today I had my first morning working at food bank. I unpacked all the tins and sorted the wet bix what a great morning I had helping out in the community. :)

Ten Pin

We started back at Ten Pin today. I was so excited because I got a spear!

Learning Tai Chi

We are now learning Tai Chi moves at our centre every two weeks as part of our sports programme. Annie our instructor is showing us the moves, I really enjoyed my first go at it and am looking forward to doing it again.
